About This Role
- Accountable for end-to-end transition and transformation delivery across Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services including planning, execution, go-live, hypercare, and handover to steady-state operations.
- Lead mobilization, discovery, knowledge transfer, readiness reviews, and ensure all transition documentation and governance controls are in place and adhered to.
- Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and provide executive reporting to ensure smooth service onboarding and operational readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years overall IT experience with 6–8 years in transition, transformation, project management, or service delivery roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Strong experience in managing complex transition programs involving cloud, infrastructure, security, or managed services.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading medium-to-large scale transitions or transformations in cloud, infrastructure, security, or managed services environments.
- Proficient in ITIL-based service management processes and managing governance artifacts like RAID logs, milestone dashboards, and escalation paths.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across customers, account teams, and technical delivery teams with strong structured execution and communication capabilities.
