Accountable for end-to-end transition and transformation delivery across Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services including planning, execution, go-live, hypercare, and handover to steady-state operations.
Lead mobilization, discovery, knowledge transfer, readiness reviews, and ensure all transition documentation and governance controls are in place and adhered to.
Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and provide executive reporting to ensure smooth service onboarding and operational readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years overall IT experience with 6–8 years in transition, transformation, project management, or service delivery roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Strong experience in managing complex transition programs involving cloud, infrastructure, security, or managed services.
Location requirement: Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading medium-to-large scale transitions or transformations in cloud, infrastructure, security, or managed services environments.
Proficient in ITIL-based service management processes and managing governance artifacts like RAID logs, milestone dashboards, and escalation paths.
Skilled in stakeholder management across customers, account teams, and technical delivery teams with strong structured execution and communication capabilities.
