Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications in a global agile team with focus on secure, stable, and scalable software delivery.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and ensure integration with legacy systems for reliable end-to-end functionality.
Own application lifecycle including coding, testing, production support, and drive technical and process improvements with use of AI-assisted coding tools.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on experience in Java (Java EE/J2EE), Spring, Spring Boot, React, and production-grade code maintenance.
Strong fundamentals in RDBMS (PL/SQL, ORM), basic Linux/UNIX usage, and use of engineering tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, Git/Bitbucket, test automation, and Jira.
Must work 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST shift to overlap with US teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end system design, SDLC, production support, and secure software delivery in enterprise environments.
Comfortable working in globally distributed agile teams with demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and messaging systems like Apache Kafka is advantageous but not mandatory.
