Lead UI/UX design strategy for digital products ensuring alignment with business and user goals.
Own the complete design lifecycle including research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, usability testing, and handoff.
Mentor and guide UI/UX designers while establishing scalable design systems and integrating AI tools into workflows.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in product design or related UI/UX roles.
Strong knowledge and experience in UX, UI, interaction design, and design systems.
Proven ability to own end-to-end product design projects with a strong portfolio to demonstrate.
Located in or willing to work from Gurugram, Haryana, with availability Monday to Friday 11 AM to 8 PM (including some WFH on 1st & 3rd Saturdays).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Business, AI, and Marketing teams to deliver user-centric designs.
Skilled in leveraging AI-powered design and productivity tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney/Adobe Firefly, and GitHub Copilot for accelerated design workflows.
Demonstrates strong product thinking and business understanding with leadership experience in mentoring design teams and improving design processes.
