Lead multiple concurrent firmwide application development projects end-to-end focusing on roadmap creation, stakeholder alignment, milestone delivery, and SLA adherence.
Establish and run governance forums (steerco, working groups, executive readouts), manage risks/issues (RAID), and enforce standards on scope, schedule, and quality.
Own User Acceptance Testing governance including strategy, readiness, criteria, planning, execution, defect management, and executive-level scorecards/reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 12 years overall experience including 8+ years in program/portfolio management in large, matrixed, global organizations.
Experience leading complex, firmwide, multi-year, multi-LOB programs with executive governance and stakeholder influence.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools and planning software; familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira; strong communication skills with business and technical leaders.
