Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications supporting global operations within Consumer and Community Banking.
Own full lifecycle of software delivery including secure design, code reviews, deployment, and production support aligning with IT controls and agile practices.
Drive technical improvements, troubleshoot system performance, and collaborate across global teams to ensure operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on enterprise software development experience.
Proficiency in Java (Java EE/J2EE), Spring, Spring Boot, and React; with production debugging and maintenance experience.
Strong understanding of RDBMS, PL/SQL, ORM, and basic Linux/UNIX usage.
Availability to work 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST for overlapping hours with US teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, secure enterprise applications in a global, agile environment with complex legacy integrations.
Familiar with modern engineering tools (IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, Git/Bitbucket, Jira) and focused on operational stability and automation.
Comfortable with collaborative cross-continental teams and adhering to rigorous software development lifecycle and security standards.
