Lead strategy, development, launch, and lifecycle management of Forex and INR card products across corporate, retail, student, and travel segments.
Manage product integrations with banks, card networks, payment gateways, and technology partners while ensuring regulatory compliance with RBI, FEMA, PPI, KYC/AML, and risk standards.
Drive commercial success by optimizing card acquisition, activation, transaction volume, revenue, profitability, and customer retention, including managing product incidents and performance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience in cards, payments, banking, fintech, foreign exchange, or prepaid products.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Strong domain knowledge of Forex cards, INR prepaid cards, digital payments, card-processing systems, and regulatory frameworks (RBI, FEMA, PPI, KYC/AML).
Location requirement: Mumbai (Head Office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in launching and scaling card or payment products with comprehensive end-to-end ownership.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners including issuing banks, processors, and card networks (Visa/Mastercard).
Ability to operate in a regulated environment with strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making focus.
