About This Role
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the digital platform, website, and mobile application.
- Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver secure, compliant, and seamless digital experiences including integrations with banks, payment networks, and KYC providers.
- Track product performance metrics such as customer adoption, conversion, and transaction success rates, and resolve product defects and issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of total work experience with at least 5 years in digital product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in fintech, banking, payments, cards, forex or prepaid products preferred.
- Must be located in or willing to work from Mumbai (Head Office) - Explicit location mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product roadmaps and lifecycle specifically for digital platforms, mobile apps, and websites within financial or fintech environments.
- Strong capability in handling end-to-end integrations with multiple stakeholders including banks, payment networks, and compliance bodies.
- Ability to convert complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable product features and lead cross-functional teams through Agile development cycles.
