Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the digital platform, website, and mobile application.
Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver secure, compliant, and seamless digital experiences including integrations with banks, payment networks, and KYC providers.
Track product performance metrics such as customer adoption, conversion, and transaction success rates, and resolve product defects and issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of total work experience with at least 5 years in digital product management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
Knowledge and experience in fintech, banking, payments, cards, forex or prepaid products preferred.
Must be located in or willing to work from Mumbai (Head Office) - Explicit location mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing product roadmaps and lifecycle specifically for digital platforms, mobile apps, and websites within financial or fintech environments.
Strong capability in handling end-to-end integrations with multiple stakeholders including banks, payment networks, and compliance bodies.
