About This Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle across multiple Salesforce products and teams, coordinating deployments and maintaining release calendars and roadmaps.
- Lead coordination of release activities including planning, governance, risk management, testing support, and production deployment across Salesforce environments using tools like Gearset and Copado.
- Ensure release compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement through monitoring release outcomes and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or Delivery Management within enterprise technology environments, particularly managing Salesforce platform releases.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, environments, and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center, AutoRABIT, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, and environment management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile) and ITIL Change Management certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
