Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle across multiple Salesforce products and teams, coordinating deployments and maintaining release calendars and roadmaps.
Lead coordination of release activities including planning, governance, risk management, testing support, and production deployment across Salesforce environments using tools like Gearset and Copado.
Ensure release compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement through monitoring release outcomes and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or Delivery Management within enterprise technology environments, particularly managing Salesforce platform releases.
Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, environments, and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center, AutoRABIT, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, and environment management.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile) and ITIL Change Management certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
