Lead Agile delivery teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and enabling team productivity.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices to drive Agile maturity.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog refinement, and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies, Agile tools like JIRA/Confluence/RTC, and metrics tracking (velocity, burndown, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Exposure to Financial Services domain preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in servant leadership with a strong focus on team effectiveness and continuous improvement within Agile frameworks.
Capability to manage stakeholder communication and coaching teams towards Agile maturity in a fast-paced environment.
Prior exposure to financial services and knowledge of related domains such as ETF, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking is advantageous.
