Job Description
Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Develop and execute ITIL V4/ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management strategy, governance, processes, and transformation/remediation plan.
Manage day-to-day IT Change Management governance, collaboration across IT and business units, monitoring, and maintenance of policies, processes, and controls.
Drive transformation to business-as-usual (BAU) IT Change Management functions ensuring effective change review and management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or Technology.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with ITIL Change Management operations.
Strong knowledge of ITIL V4, IT Change Management, SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall preferred).
Work location requirement: Four days per week in office to support APAC/EMEA shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in IT project deployment including incident and problem management with strong project management and coordination skills.
Capable of establishing and maintaining change governance with disciplined execution and scalable change capabilities across portfolios and regions.
Comfortable operating under tight schedules with strong communication skills across different organizational levels.
