Drive growth and adoption of da Vinci robotic surgery procedures in Benign General Surgery across South and West India, focusing on procedure expansion like hernia repair and cholecystectomy.
Develop and lead strategies to convert high-volume laparoscopic centers to da Vinci programs, including surgeon and hospital stakeholder engagement for program sustainability.
Coach sales teams on clinical selling, develop surgeon champions and KOLs, and lead cross-functional initiatives including market intelligence and value-based presentations to hospital executives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in medical device, surgical, clinical sales, or healthcare market development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; relevant postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Strong clinical selling skills with ability to engage surgeons and hospital leadership; proven track record of sales excellence and new technology adoption.
Willingness to travel extensively across India, including overnight stays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in minimally invasive, robotic-assisted surgery or related surgical capital equipment sales with deep clinical knowledge of benign general surgery.
Proven ability to manage complex, matrixed environments, delivering strategic sales growth and capability-building across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong influencer capable of developing surgeon champions, KOLs, and leading program launches or market development within large or academic hospital settings in India.
