Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of hands-on Java development experience with proven technical leadership in enterprise systems.
Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, SQL Server, MongoDB, and cloud platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Proven experience in product development, modernization programs, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD implementation.
