Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable, enterprise Java applications including modernization from monolith to microservices.

Minimum Requirements
10–15 years of hands-on Java development experience with proven Technical Lead roles in enterprise systems.
Strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Angular or React, SQL Server and MongoDB.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading product modernization initiatives in global or enterprise product development environments.
Technical leader with deep understanding of scalable architecture, domain-driven design, and distributed systems.
