About This Role
- Lead and supervise teams delivering treasury and audit-related services including financial statement audits, technology audits, and treasury function internal audits.
- Manage treasury advisory projects such as strategy reviews, risk management assessments, and implementation of treasury policies and technology systems.
- Support business development and provide technical advice on treasury and accounting issues including IFRS 9, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and regulatory changes while managing stakeholder relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a Big 4 in a client-facing environment, preferably in accounting advisory or corporate treasury functions.
- Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g., ICAI or ACCA) from a recognized body.
- Strong technical knowledge of IAS 39, IFRS 9, UK GAAP, and US GAAP financial instruments accounting and practical application.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experienced in managing and delivering complex treasury and accounting advisory projects with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management within professional services or corporate settings.
- Depth of technical expertise in treasury risk management, financial instruments valuation, and regulatory compliance in both local and international accounting standards.
