About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Lead financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and management accounting including variance analyses and financial insights for senior stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls and governance, oversee audits, drive process improvements and lead the finance team development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
- Strong experience in month-end and year-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, financial controls, and accounting principles.
- Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365; experience in shared services or global finance teams is advantageous.

- Experienced in managing complex financial close and reporting cycles within global or shared services finance environments.
- Demonstrated capability in financial control environment establishment, audit coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven leadership in team management and finance process transformation including automation and efficiency improvements.
