Own and manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Lead financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and management accounting including variance analyses and financial insights for senior stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong financial controls and governance, oversee audits, drive process improvements and lead the finance team development.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
Strong experience in month-end and year-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, financial controls, and accounting principles.
Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA preferred.
Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365; experience in shared services or global finance teams is advantageous.
