Develop methodologies, tools, thought leadership, and accelerators to differentiate KPMG in the ERP advisory market and align client-facing teams.
Lead and manage teams with diverse skills to ensure delivery of quality SAP Finance client services on time and within budget, including monitoring project progress and risks.
Interact daily with clients at multiple levels, managing expectations and driving large-scale SAP Finance engagements with up to 20% travel.
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years of relevant experience with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, CO-PC, COPA), including multiple full life cycle SAP implementations and preferably S/4HANA exposure.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, accounting, finance or related field; MBA or business undergraduate degree preferred; SAP certification highly preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing project plans, governance, risk mitigation, and budget in SAP Finance implementations.
Experience implementing SAP Finance integrations with SD, MM, PP, PM modules and all aspects of cost controlling and management accounting in ERP systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional team leadership and managing complex schedules in large SAP Finance projects.
Proficient in business blueprinting, requirements gathering, and SAP-enabled solution design focused on finance operations and strategy.
Familiar with Central Finance implementations, cost accounting, product costing, margin analysis, and financial reporting systems.
