About This Role
- Support Management Accounting and Controlling teams by delivering digital finance solutions using Snowflake, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Analyze and improve end-to-end finance data flows ensuring data quality and integration across systems.
- Lead solution delivery activities including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and stakeholder communication for finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 6+ years experience delivering analytics and data-driven solutions in a corporate environment.
- Strong skills in Snowflake, SQL, SAP BW/BW4HANA, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; knowledge of Python, AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI is an advantage.

- Experienced in bridging Finance and IT with focus on Management Accounting and Controlling digital solutions.
- Proficient in finance systems' data flows and analytics technologies including AI-driven financial analysis.
- Capable of managing agile delivery processes and driving finance transformation with emerging technologies.
