Lead business requirements gathering and analysis for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Drive claims transformation initiatives and support end-to-end Guidewire Cloud implementation projects.
Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.
Minimum Requirements
7-8 years of overall experience with at least one Guidewire Cloud implementation project.
Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification mandatory.
Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
Location: Flexible / Hybrid; Employment Type: Full-Time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating with claims business users, managers, and technical teams on claims process improvements.
Strong background in conducting requirement workshops and translating requirements into technical documentation.
Proven ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end claims processes including FNOL, reserve management, payments, subrogation, and litigation management.
