About This Role
- Design and deliver complex, scalable, secure applications with AI-enabled solutions including GenAI-powered and agentic workflows.
- Own end-to-end architecture for large features, ensuring high code quality, security compliance, and AI governance.
- Lead integration of LLMs and AI agents with enterprise systems, establish AI performance monitoring and responsible AI practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering experience, including Python and React.js.
- 5+ years experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Generative AI including LLM orchestration, LangChain or similar, and prompt engineering.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience acceptable.

- Experienced individual contributor with strategic ownership of architecture and AI integration in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to implement secure, compliant AI systems with governance and regulatory standards.
- Strong technical background combining advanced AI development with large-scale system design and performance optimization.
