Source, evaluate, and negotiate rental and lease premises for the bank's branch, office, and ATM network across metro and rural/semi-urban locations.
Maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and property owners to access favorable lease terms and early market inventory insights.
Coordinate due diligence, conduct site visits and feasibility assessments, and prepare cost analysis to support branch expansion and network optimization.
Minimum Requirements
12-14 years of experience with a local/regional Indian bank in premises, administration, facilities, or real estate sourcing role.
Strong knowledge of rental market dynamics across metro and rural/semi-urban locations in India.
Experience in rent/lease negotiations for commercial or institutional premises.
Graduate degree required; MBA/PG in Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling real estate sourcing within Indian banking sector with established local network among developers and brokers.
Capable of leading negotiations, conducting due diligence, and managing cross-functional coordination with legal, compliance, and business teams.
Familiar with rental market trends, regulatory requirements, and lease documentation processes across Indian states.
