About This Role
- Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Order Management including order entry, pricing, holds, shipping, and invoicing.
- Analyze business requirements to create functional specifications and perform troubleshooting of OM transactions coordinating with technical teams.
- Support end-to-end order-to-cash cycle activities including SIT/UAT testing and prepare functional documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Order Management functional role.
- Experience with OM configurations such as transaction types, workflows, price lists, modifiers, and shipping setups.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and related Oracle modules like Inventory, Shipping, AR, Purchasing.

- Experience working with global teams and supporting business users, indicating ability to manage stakeholder communication effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis and provide functional solutions.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and proactive in learning new modules/processes.
