Job Description
Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Order Management including order entry, pricing, holds, shipping, and invoicing.
Analyze business requirements to create functional specifications and perform troubleshooting of OM transactions coordinating with technical teams.
Support end-to-end order-to-cash cycle activities including SIT/UAT testing and prepare functional documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Order Management functional role.
Experience with OM configurations such as transaction types, workflows, price lists, modifiers, and shipping setups.
Basic understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and related Oracle modules like Inventory, Shipping, AR, Purchasing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with global teams and supporting business users, indicating ability to manage stakeholder communication effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis and provide functional solutions.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and proactive in learning new modules/processes.
