Lead and scale the Global Markets & Policy Commercial Finance team in Amgen India, initially managing ~7 Finance professionals and expanding the team over time.
Oversee revenue and operating expense planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across global commercial organizations, standardizing processes and improving financial insights and efficiency.
Develop talent, establish governance and controls, and partner with senior Finance and Commercial leaders globally to optimize investments, productivity, and financial performance.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, CPA, or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business & Administration.
18+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or related finance disciplines.
Commercial Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including revenue and operating expense planning.
Experience working across multiple markets, regions, or global functions in a matrixed environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building, scaling, or transforming Finance teams and capabilities within global organizations.
Strong expertise in standardizing and simplifying Finance processes while maintaining business partnerships.
Proficient in leveraging technology, automation, analytics, and AI to enhance Finance operations and decision-making.
