Maintain and oversee daily Production and CUAT environment activities, ensuring SLAs and addressing client escalations timely.
Lead client onboarding for Alpha program pipeline and manage migration projects to APAC with minimal disruption.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational readiness, process improvements, risk management, and governance adherence for Alpha Data Operations.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years professional experience with 8-10 years in a global financial services management role.
Mandatory knowledge of Middle Office/Back Office processing and instrument types like Equities, Bonds, ETD, OTC Derivatives, Bank Loans, TBAs.
Technical skills required: SQL and hands-on database/data warehouse experience.
English language proficiency and ability to coordinate with Product, Implementation, Technology, and Operations teams.

Experienced leader in financial services operations with strong domain expertise in multi-asset instrument processing and front-to-back workflows.
Capable of managing complex client onboarding and migration projects with focus on process efficiency and risk control.
