Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, and certifications including configuring connectors and workflows.
Develop custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs; handle requirement gathering and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IGA implementations.
Experience with at least one IGA platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required; 4 years total work experience required as per JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in configuring workflows, policies, connectors, and access certification campaigns within enterprise IGA platforms.
Able to lead architecture design and mentor team members with strong client interaction and communication skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance processes.
