About This Role
- Manage full lifecycle of cross-functional programs impacting multiple organizations, focusing on the Amazon Flex IN SLS program.
- Maintain program quality and exceptional customer (driver) experience by monitoring IN SLS metrics, identifying trends, and driving process improvements.
- Drive communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including engineering, operations, and leadership, and respond to executive escalations and critical business initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of program or project management experience.
- At least 3 years of working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL skills essential for defining program requirements and data-driven process improvements.
