Manage full lifecycle of cross-functional programs impacting multiple organizations, focusing on the Amazon Flex IN SLS program.
Maintain program quality and exceptional customer (driver) experience by monitoring IN SLS metrics, identifying trends, and driving process improvements.
Drive communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including engineering, operations, and leadership, and respond to executive escalations and critical business initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years of program or project management experience.
At least 3 years of working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL skills essential for defining program requirements and data-driven process improvements.
