- Process assigned business operation tasks accurately while adhering to quality and turnaround time standards.
- Maintain and update operational records and internal system data with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline mandatory.
- Experience: 0+ years; freshers eligible; up to 1 year experience in operations or customer support accepted.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Location: Hyderabad with hybrid work model.
