About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects across multiple clients.
- Manage project scope, timelines, financials, risks, and cross-functional teams in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments.
- Serve as primary client liaison to ensure project alignment with business objectives, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of project management experience; at least 3–5 years managing Salesforce projects.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environment with multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies; Salesforce certifications and PMP/PMI-ACP/Scrum Master certifications highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex Salesforce implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and data migrations.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and delivering projects within consulting settings adhering to governance and quality standards.
- Proficient in leading diverse, cross-functional teams and driving Agile delivery practices with strong ownership and accountability.
