Principal Program Manager, Ship With Amazon

Own and drive complex, cross-organizational programs and portfolios within Amazon Shipping, focusing on Shipper support, Billing & Payment, Claims, and Delivery experience domains.

Manage end-to-end program lifecycle including stakeholder relationship, governance, risk identification, and escalation handling with VP-level and senior leadership.

Define, establish, and communicate success metrics linking technical improvements to business outcomes; represent and evangelize program work and results across teams and to senior leadership.

10+ years of program or project management experience, including 7+ years managing and communicating results to senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams in a large-scale technology environment.

Proven ability to define program requirements, implement repeatable processes, and use data/metrics for program improvements.

Experienced in handling large, ambiguous programs that span multiple VP organizations with autonomy and high judgment.

Strong at strategic alignment, building consensus, and influencing senior leadership through clear communication and negotiation.

Comfortable working in entrepreneurial, dynamic environments balancing technical complexity with customer-focused innovative solutions.
