About This Role
- Lead hiring, training, and day-to-day management of a team delivering technology-enabled services to US mortgage companies.
- Manage team performance, document SOPs, ensure data security, and handle escalations to maintain service delivery.
- Prepare operational reports for US management and oversee business planning areas including capacity planning, client onboarding, and productivity management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent.
- 6+ years experience in mortgage lending or financial services market.
- 2+ years managing a small- or mid-sized BPO/KPO team.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in mortgage lending/financial services, 2+ years team management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager with operational background in mortgage lending or financial services focused on client delivery and process management.
- Capable of managing cross-department projects, business planning areas, and quality/productivity controls.
- Effective communicator comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, able to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
