About This Role
- Lead global Regulatory Reporting, Collateral Management, and Static Data functions for cross-product post-trade operations supporting State Street Markets and Global Treasury.
- Drive operational excellence via process standardization, automation, and technology enablement to deliver scalable, efficient shared services aligned with business growth and regulatory compliance.
- Own risk and control frameworks, monitor KPIs/KRIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resilience, compliance, and continuous improvement across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years leadership experience in capital markets, operations, risk management, or related fields.
- Deep expertise in capital markets products, post-trade operations, operational risk, and regulatory reporting.
- Proven success leading large global teams and managing regulatory and operational risk in financial services.
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree/professional qualifications preferred.
