Lead global Regulatory Reporting, Collateral Management, and Static Data functions for cross-product post-trade operations supporting State Street Markets and Global Treasury.
Drive operational excellence via process standardization, automation, and technology enablement to deliver scalable, efficient shared services aligned with business growth and regulatory compliance.
Own risk and control frameworks, monitor KPIs/KRIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resilience, compliance, and continuous improvement across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
18+ years leadership experience in capital markets, operations, risk management, or related fields.
Deep expertise in capital markets products, post-trade operations, operational risk, and regulatory reporting.
Proven success leading large global teams and managing regulatory and operational risk in financial services.
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree/professional qualifications preferred.
