Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate actions, preferably with exposure to announcement capture stage.
Proven ability to research, interpret, and validate corporate actions terms across domestic and international markets.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and explaining technical validation decisions.
SQL knowledge is highly desirable for data querying and investigation support.
