About This Role
- Manage end-to-end payment requisition review including manual scrutiny of entries needing compliance approval.
- Ensure appropriate business approvals, conduct checks on third-party payments, and process payment authorization in the Fiduciary system.
- Perform cash entry review, assign ledger accounts and staff for cash matching, and handle unidentified cash postings.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Accounting degree required.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in similar roles.
- Prior experience working with payment processing and accounting operations mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 1-2 years in accounting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in insurance sector accounting operations is a strong advantage.
- Capable of handling detailed compliance and controllership requirements for payment processes.
- Able to work extended hours during month-end and manage multiple tasks independently.
