Bachelor's or master's degree in technology, engineering, computer science, life sciences, business, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading multi-application operational scope with accountability for service outcomes, risks, and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of IT service management practices and experience governing managed services or external vendors.

Experienced in managing operations within complex, global technology or scientific environments, preferably with life sciences or drug discovery exposure.
