Validate, research, and publish accurate corporate actions composite records to ensure client confidence and compliance with event terms and deadlines.
Manage exceptions and risk by investigating discrepancies, escalating unresolved issues, and ensuring timely resolution aligned with SLAs.
Provide client support and drive improvements through quality control feedback, training, and participation in UAT/process-change projects.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6+ years corporate actions experience (8+ years preferred), with strong experience in announcement capture stage.
Proven ability to research and validate corporate actions terms and market practices across domestic and international events.
Excellent communication and client management skills to explain judgment calls clearly and professionally.
SQL knowledge is highly desirable for querying and validating data, but not explicitly mandatory.
