About This Role
- Own and manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, integration, data quality, user access, and process improvement across Sales, Support, and other teams.
- Drive Salesforce adoption and user effectiveness by monitoring usage, conducting training, developing SOPs, and collaborating with managers to enforce process adherence.
- Lead daily MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and operational analytics for Sales and Support, plus oversee integration and operational effectiveness of other platforms like Tata SmartFlo and LimeChat.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in Salesforce and business operations.
- Location requirement: Mumbai (Head Office).
- Experience with Salesforce administration, integration, and user adoption essential.
- Exposure to other business platforms such as Tata SmartFlo and LimeChat or similar marketing/customer engagement technologies preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on Salesforce administration with ability to translate business requirements into system processes and workflows.
- Skilled in data management, reporting, dashboarding, and operational analytics to support business decision-making.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, technology teams, and external vendors to drive technology adoption and process improvements in a business environment.
