Drive and oversee strategic changes of T24 core banking system and related projects within MUFG Global Services.
Lead cross-functional teams and projects for system migrations, operational transformation, and technology integration to improve efficiency and compliance.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, control budgets, and establish KPIs for transformation initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and USA regions.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15+ years of relevant PMO experience in the banking industry.
Domain expertise with core banking systems such as T24, Finacle, or Flexcube, including hands-on system migration experience.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree required.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 15+ years in banking PMO roles.

Experienced in leading large-scale banking transformation projects involving technology and operational changes.
Capable of strategic vision development and effective communication with senior leadership and multiple stakeholder groups.
