Own end-to-end feature development including data model, backend, frontend, deployment, and iteration.
Collaborate directly with operational teams to define product requirements and ship solutions that improve student or operator outcomes.
Build and integrate GenAI-powered capabilities such as LLM APIs, agents, and workflow automation to enhance products.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years industry experience in software engineering.
Strong full-stack skills with backend in Python/Django (preferred) and frontend in React (preferred) or Angular/Vue.
Hands-on production experience with major cloud platform (preferably GCP) including deployment, operation, and debugging.
Experience building at least one GenAI feature using LLM APIs and regular use of AI coding tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipping products end-to-end with direct interaction and communication with business or operational users.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments at a senior level, including mentoring other engineers.
Has strategic understanding of leveraging GenAI and cloud infrastructure to build scalable, reliable educational tech products.
