About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature development including data model, backend, frontend, deployment, and iteration.
- Collaborate directly with operational teams to define product requirements and ship solutions that improve student or operator outcomes.
- Build and integrate GenAI-powered capabilities such as LLM APIs, agents, and workflow automation to enhance products.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years industry experience in software engineering.
- Strong full-stack skills with backend in Python/Django (preferred) and frontend in React (preferred) or Angular/Vue.
- Hands-on production experience with major cloud platform (preferably GCP) including deployment, operation, and debugging.
- Experience building at least one GenAI feature using LLM APIs and regular use of AI coding tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipping products end-to-end with direct interaction and communication with business or operational users.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments at a senior level, including mentoring other engineers.
- Has strategic understanding of leveraging GenAI and cloud infrastructure to build scalable, reliable educational tech products.
