Define and maintain service-level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and reliability targets for digital banking platforms ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Own build, test, deployment pipelines and automation of CI/CD workflows across multiple environments with a focus on zero-downtime and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, security, and operations to manage production health, incident response, audit readiness, and reliability reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with focus on financial services or fintech.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Bash), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in financial services for production system operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced operating at the intersection of reliability engineering and regulatory compliance within financial or fintech environments.
