About This Role
- Define and maintain service-level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and reliability targets for digital banking platforms ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Own build, test, deployment pipelines and automation of CI/CD workflows across multiple environments with a focus on zero-downtime and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, security, and operations to manage production health, incident response, audit readiness, and reliability reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with focus on financial services or fintech.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Bash), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in financial services for production system operations.

- Experienced operating at the intersection of reliability engineering and regulatory compliance within financial or fintech environments.
- Proficient in building automated, observable, and risk-mitigated CI/CD pipelines for high-availability transaction systems.
