Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of backend development experience.
Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python (Django, Flask), or .NET Core.
Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with microservices architecture, API security (OAuth, JWT), and asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready backend features.
Skilled in code quality, CI/CD processes, and willing to leverage AI-assisted development tools for efficiency.
