Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in direct people management roles.
Strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platform expertise (AWS preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC with Terraform), and enterprise file transfer/security protocols (e.g., SFTP, FTPS, AS2).
