About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and intelligent tools to improve product testability and accelerate defect detection in software.
- Integrate automated quality validation and test metrics reporting into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and release readiness.
- Apply AI-driven techniques such as intelligent test generation and failure analysis to enhance root cause investigation and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree (0 years experience) OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years related work experience.
- Strong software development skills in C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with automation frameworks (UI, API, system-level) including tools like Selenium, RestAssured, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalents.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or AI-driven test/log analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical contributor comfortable designing and coding scalable automated test frameworks and developer tools in a software engineering environment.
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams to implement Shift-Left quality practices and integrate testing into CI/CD workflows.
- Comfortable leveraging AI technologies and advanced analytics to enhance software quality, defect detection, and root cause analysis.
