About This Role
- Provide technical and application support for Agilent's Bio Pharma chemistry and consumables portfolio, enabling customer success through method optimization, troubleshooting, and training.
- Develop, transfer, and optimize analytical methods focusing on biopharmaceutical workflows including proteins, peptides, mAbs, and related characterization and impurity monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with sales, service, product teams, and customers to drive product performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant laboratory, application support, technical support, or customer-facing experience involving HPLC, UHPLC, LC/MS, GC, and/or GC/MS.
- Hands-on experience with biopharma workflows such as proteins, peptides, mAbs, antibody-drug conjugates, oligonucleotides, glycans, amino acids.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise in biopharma analytical workflows, including protein and peptide analysis, biologics characterization, and chromatography principles within regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end application support, method development, and customer training for complex biopharma analytical products.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with sales, service, product management and comfortable delivering technical presentations and workshops in multicultural environments.
