Provide technical and application support for Agilent's Chemistries and Supplies Division, focusing on biopharma chromatography consumables and workflows.
Enable customer success through application consulting, method development, troubleshooting, and customer training.
Collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and product improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant laboratory, applications, technical support, or customer-facing experience.
Hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques such as HPLC, UHPLC, LC/MS, GC, and/or GC/MS.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 35% of the time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in biopharma analytical workflows including proteins, peptides, mAbs, oligonucleotides, glycans, and related characterization methods.
Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments such as CROs, CDMOs, or biologics manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability to lead customer training, support method optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally on technical marketing and product support.
