Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and user interfaces for an advertising platform using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
Translate user stories into actionable engineering tasks and own delivery from development through deployment, including participation in on-call rotations.
Provide technical ownership and mentor peers through code reviews, documentation, and informal guidance, improving system observability and operational metrics.
Minimum Requirements
9-12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot), plus experience with ReactJS or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres), RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Location: Bangalore with hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building mission-critical, scalable systems in fast-paced environments with a growth mindset towards mentoring and learning.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, operational metrics, and best coding/testing practices.
Background or interest in ad tech, programmatic advertising, and cloud platforms like AWS, along with DevOps and streaming technologies.
