About This Role
- Design, configure, develop, and support scalable Pricefx pricing solutions within Cargill's commercial technology ecosystem.
- Translate pricing strategies and complex business requirements into pricing calculations, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces using Groovy and Pricefx APIs.
- Lead technical delivery including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure secure, high-performance, maintainable Pricefx solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant software engineering, application configuration, or pricing technology experience (senior role expects 5+ years).
- Hands-on experience configuring or developing Pricefx solutions using Groovy and Pricefx APIs, including pricing logic, data integration, and workflows.
- Strong Groovy or Java/JVM language programming skills; strong SQL and relational data modeling skills for large-volume data processing.
- Experience with REST API integrations, Git-based development workflows, automated testing, CI/CD, and production support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise Pricefx pricing platform architecture including master and transactional data objects, analytics data structures, and integrations with systems like SAP and Salesforce.
- Strong technical leadership skills including code review, coaching, and partnering with product and architecture teams for incremental value delivery.
- Proven ability to handle complex pricing domains such as price waterfalls, segmentation, and margin management in a global SaaS enterprise environment.
