Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot multiple software components within the firm’s technology products, focusing on security, stability, and scalability.
Execute software solutions with emphasis on writing secure, high-quality code using at least one programming language, utilizing enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to enhance productivity.
Contribute to application development by analyzing large data sets, applying SDLC tools, and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies including CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
Minimum Requirements
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 2+ years of applied experience.
Experience in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability in a corporate environment.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years applied software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in modern programming languages (preferably Java) and database querying languages with practical knowledge of Spring Boot applications.
Familiarity with agile development practices including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security standards.
Comfortable with using AI-assisted development tools and understanding responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
