About This Role
- Design, configure, develop, and support scalable Pricefx pricing solutions within Cargill's commercial technology ecosystem.
- Translate complex pricing strategies into maintainable calculation logic, data structures, workflows, integrations, and user experiences.
- Lead technical delivery practices including automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD deployment, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure secure, resilient, and high-performing pricing technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years relevant software engineering, application configuration or pricing technology experience; 5+ years preferred for senior role.
- Hands-on experience configuring or developing Pricefx solutions with Groovy and Pricefx APIs, including calculation logic and workflows.
- Strong SQL skills with relational data modeling and ability to optimize large-volume queries.
- Experience designing and troubleshooting REST APIs and JSON-based enterprise integrations with robust authentication and error handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep knowledge of Pricefx platform architecture, including master and transactional data objects and analytics structures.
- Demonstrated ability to produce maintainable and scalable solutions in an Agile, distributed enterprise environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience applying engineering best practices such as Git workflows, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and technical documentation in pricing technology context.
