Lead and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, production support, and release validation of a web application using .NET/C#, React, and cloud services.
Provide hands-on technical leadership including defining next-generation application architecture, driving an Azure-to-AWS migration, and improving engineering practices such as CI/CD, code quality, and observability.

Working knowledge of Azure services (App Service, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Entra ID) and hands-on AWS experience including EC2/ECS/EKS/Lambda, RDS, S3, SQS/SNS, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, with cloud migration experience.
