Lead development and execution of test strategy and ATE test programs for advanced semiconductor technologies including 2.5D/3DIC and sub-3nm nodes.
Manage end-to-end ATE production and characterization planning including test method source code development and test flow implementation.
Collaborate with external vendors on ATE test hardware development and maintain test program revision controls and pattern conversion processes.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in semiconductor product development, specifically in bring-up, characterization, and production phases.
Proven expertise in ATE Advantest EXAScale-SMT8 test program development covering test method/flow development, bring-up, characterization, debug, and production.
Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant semiconductor testing roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional project execution from architectural design through production release with strong ownership and leadership skills.
Technical proficiency with DFT methodologies (Scan, MBIST, PHY BIST) and manufacturing process knowledge to drive test solutions for complex semiconductor products.
Ability to collaborate and lead external vendors and multifunctional teams to achieve production and characterization goals in advanced semiconductor environments.
