Lead and participate in development and integration of complex aviation-related software applications using Java and related technologies.
Provide technical leadership and ensure software delivery meets product commitments, milestones, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Product Owner and team for backlog refinement, sprint planning, and risk management in Agile/SAFe environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
Minimum 11 years experience if Master’s degree, or 12 years if Bachelor’s degree in software development.
Strong programming skills in Java 8+, Spring Boot 3.x, full stack web technologies (Angular 12, React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ message brokers, Microsoft Azure cloud platform, CI/CD practices, and SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Experienced software developer with strong expertise in Java full stack development within complex, large-scale aviation or related systems.
Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing high-impact deliverables in Agile/SAFe environments.
