About This Role
- Contribute to R&D projects focused on variable frequency drives and embedded programming, ensuring quality, time, scope, and cost targets are met.
- Apply technical expertise to identify, propose, and implement innovative technologies and software solutions in line with strategic technology direction.
- Monitor and address risks while aligning activities with key drivers of ABB Motion business based in Ahmedabad.
Minimum Requirements
- Full time BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in variable frequency drives (low voltage) or similar domain.
- Technical skills in variable frequency drive working principles, programming for VFD and PLC including Functional program, Ladder logic, and Structured Text.
- Onsite work model in Ahmedabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate with hands-on experience in embedded programming and development of applications related to variable frequency drives and PLCs.
- Experience working within structured R&D environments to deliver assigned project targets.
- Familiarity with industrial automation control technologies aligning with ABB Motion’s business context.
